Every time this happens someone starts the "Where were the parents?" cliche. SOMEONE should have KNOWN!!! blah fucking blah. Well the parents did know and they did something about it, but the fuckers who are supposed to help didn't DO THEIR JOB! I think if you are a 5150 in California, they can apprehend you, but there is a procedure I would suspect. But, he's still got rights if he has not broken any law. I'm not sure if there is ever a defense against a determined psycho. It's a serious problem with the human race, as weapons could fall into the hands of one, I mean nukes and such. I actually have some life experience with committal hearings. Supported a good friend who has an issue with a relative. They are a fucking joke.
