    It's a literal joke in Hollywood that Chinese money funds all new movies. People laugh that at least if a movie bombs it's just Chinese money lost anyways.

    Then you know, there's the significant "partnerships" between Chinese conglomerates and our own corporate media(Bloomberg being one of the probably worst). Seriously, can you imagine Goebbles or Lenin getting to have input over what the American media covers? Xi certainly has his say in what is covered and what is off limits.
