Running people off the road. LOL. I see dumb asses not checking their blind spot every day on I5 between Arlington and Everett. Looks just like this act of “aggression”. I don’t think the dolt expected someone to be near him as he was changing lanes. If he was serious he wouldn’t have pulled back immediately after contact.
