I think most of Trump's bluster here is to influence the editing of the interview...after the fact you will never fix the impression of the interview. Now most people who watch it will watch it anchored to the notion Trump thinks they were out to get him which will probably be reinforced by the video, and as 60 minutes starts the editing process before airing it Sunday they will at least have to add some sort of balance to it to try and prove him wrong.
If he did this on Saturday he wouldn't have influenced the editing side.
