Being in elected government requires ZERO leadership chops. When the political winds were blowing in favor of war he was in favor of the war, when they turned against the war he was against the war. He regretted voting against the 1st Iraq war and didn't run for President in 1992 because he thought GHWBush would kill him on the issue. In 2002, not wanting to get caught on the wrong side of the issue like he did in 1992, he voted in favor of the war but as soon as it started going south, like Hillary and Kerry he was against the war.Swaye said:
