Gets worse. Obama’s DOJ knew that Russia was aware of HRC’s plot. Talk about compromised. Had Putin really wanted Trump, he’d had crushed Clinton over this. Instead, he allowed it became he wanted HRC to win.

There are either intelligence documents containing what is quoted in Ratcliffe's letter or there is not. If there is not, then I'm sure we'll hear from the honorable Rats that were CC'd on the letter. Without Trump winning, none of this would be known. Acting AG Rosenstein knew all of this as well and still went forward with appointing Mueller after Comey was fired.
