I am watching the KCPQ local news for the usual 5 minutes before I get sick of it and this happened -
Film of the events in Portland and Seattle, the gal called the 3 in Portland as "the Proud Boys and two left wing protests and said in Seattle they was violent rioting
I can't believe it. That is the first time I have heard that from Seattle media.

A couple of days ago they also had “experts” on discussing the bad rep that Seattle was getting around the country as a boarded up Homeless dump of unrest and how it was ruining visitation/tourism of the downtown businesses by local communities surrounding the city. Seattle is going to spend 8 million dollars in a PR attempt to get locals to come back to downtown. Does KCPQ think there may be an untapped audience waiting for some real news? Perhaps.
If Seattle wanted me to come back all they have to do is clean their house. It’s simple really. -

Seattle would rather spend $8M in spreading a false narrative of the state of affairs in Seattle such that you have residents and tourists alike saying "stay away" instead of the $8M at trying to actually fix the problem -

I was in Kinnear Park a couple months ago. There were a dozen tents just in the lower half. Maybe 15. There might have been 35 in a medium sized park. It's absolutely disgusting.
