Just imagine how much better off we will be with nobody driving cars
-
Or making them or selling them

Democrats in CA can’t even keep a full energy grid when it gets hot. Wait until millions of electric cars are also plugged in every night. Why are they trying so hard to make CA a shithole? Is it because they truly believe in the secular cult?
-
Can’t drive a car if you don’t have a job
-
"Will we be using the only form of clean energy that's actually realistically possible in terms of efficiency?"
"No" -
15 years to move out of this state

Deepa Shivaram is the NBC reporter imbedded with the Kamala Harris/ Biden campaign.

The price of used gas powered vehicles will skyrocket. 2030 will be a great time to start building my used car empire.Goduckies said:15 years to move out of this state

Good bye California agriculture. Tough to load up a truck with tons of fruits and vegetables and drive them anywhere with a battery powered engine. Need to take your pickup truck and drive a couple of hundred miles on a job with a 100 degree day and your AC on full blast?

Harris wears Timberlands and sweatshirts to appearances so it’s OK. Prez material right there.doogie said:Deepa Shivaram is the NBC reporter imbedded with the Kamala Harris/ Biden campaign.

You won't even be able to drive half the states length. Already inadequate electrical supply but no new power plants coming. Ever! It's not possible to make up such idiotic absurdity.
-
Yep, those fresh Cali strawberries melt pretty fast while your truck is baking in the heat while you are waiting for your quick 2 hour charge.
-
Is this a SNL skit?
-
Really going for that full Cuban socialist dictator esthetic, complete with a fleet of old cars puttering around the countryside.

I agree this is a dumb idea. However, I think it only applies to private passenger vehicles. So, I'm assuming large trucks F-450 and higher, are probably going to be exempt from this law. But a lot of hauling is still done on 1 tons and 3/4 ton diesels, and those people are probably screwed.WestlinnDuck said:Good bye California agriculture. Hot take. This will not happen.

It’s the same bullshit Democrats always say to appease their insane base during elections. May not work this tim. Eventually, you run out of suckers to fool as they lose their jobs and businesses.BleachedAnusDawg said:Hot take. This will not happen.
