You can see how deep the rot is at our major college institutions. When you are hiring based on race, you would think that you would need to run a genetic purity test just to make sure. You think that anyone at Harvard Law really thought that Fauxcahontas was really an Indian?

Yes, I do believe the rich white Eastern elites who run Harvard believes the white woman from Oklahoma was an Indian. I don't think most of our elites believe half the sh*t they are supposed to believe. They just want the power and if that means pretending the emperor is dressed to the nines, then so be it. No one looking at a blond hair blue eyed Warren could seriously believe that she was an Indian in any context that would validate giving her a Harvard Law professorship. Leftards lie and love to be lied to.

Plessy v. Ferguson was the Supreme Court case which established the "separate but equal" pretense to support segregation. Plessy was an octoroon (1/8 black) and was treated as black under the Southern Democrat Jim Crow rules of basically one drop rule. I'll ask again for any of our brave leftards on the Tug to define black for purposes of AA.
