Like I pointed out elsewhere, you want your players to want to play. Of course the dominant narrative is gonna be #letusplay. That doesn't absolve universities from an independent duty to act like the adults in the room. -

The players want to play. The universities are all over the map because it isn't guided by science.
Its guided by politics
Down south there was pressure. I still don't notice any real pressure out here.
