Don't forget smuggling arms through the Syrian embassy via an Al Qaeda operative to Syrian rebels that turned out to be ISIS. Yes he armed ISIS.
Then allowing the attack on the embassy without interference to cover his tracks with the deaths of Americans so they can tell no tales..

I have one family member that was deployed to the region under orders to help with the delivery of supplies (weapons) to many of the guys that eventually became ISIS and another, slightly younger, family member that was deployed into Kurdistan/Iraq/Syria to kill those same guys a few years later.
