So that we can all get perspective here, a question for our rats. If Trump solves "MMGW" would you declare we should not follow the lead because he is not a rat? Or if Trump helped orchestrate the cure for cancer? Should everyone suffering from cancer mercilessly die because Trump isn't a far left, dark hearted and hate filled rat?

If I lived in the Pearl, I'd be selling the condo for whatever I could get. Have a friend whose Pearl condo complex which had hardly any units for sale in February has over a dozen listed with no offers. If Trump wins, game over for downtown Portland and the Pearl. Having antifa show up at Mayor Ted's Pearl condo was pretty frightening to any Pearl condo owner. For some reason these "moderate" dems don't want to have their condos confiscated as reparations. Go figure.
