It’s still to dangerous to open back up tho. Because science.

Luckily the fires keep the discussion at bay, it’s quarantine without the walks.

State says masks are ineffective against burning wood particles. Effective for viruses though.
Burning wood particles .2 - 3.0 micron range.
Viruses are .005 - .3 micron range.
More good science. -
Someone could catch cold. Keep it shut

If 2% holds until say, early November maybe Lord Inslee will open parts of King county up. At the same time nobody wants anyone getting the flu. Not. One. Person. Stay safe and mask up Washington!

Inslee has essentially stopped talking about COVID. He put all movement of phases on pause and is likely going to wait until after the election, because of science. Meanwhile, school districts in Pierce county have met the threshold for K-5 education in person and are likely just days away from meeting the targets for secondary. Kids will be back in school but we will remain in phase 2. Doesn't matter because phase 3 is no longer something to look forward to because as he saw counties creeping towards it, he tightened the restrictions in phase 3.

Climate Fires are more important now. -
Another good thing the Governor did. Deaths in the state will no longer be reported on Saturdays and Sundays. People weren't paying enough attention and weekday #s had dwindled. Instead, the deaths will be reported Mondays and Tuesday. Gotta get those #s up to create concern and panic.

Snohomish County on that track for schools too.DoogieMcDoogerson said:Inslee has essentially stopped talking about COVID. Stanwood is currently teaching K in person two days a week. K-3 will begin In person soon. Arlington is still dragging its feet. If they get back into school soon maybe my wife can get a couple extra days of work in. Fingers crossed. Breath not held though.

I actually think they are spread out through the whole week. By keeping death numbers over or around 400 a day the graph looks flat instead of continuing its slow dip down. Smart move by our overlord.DoogieMcDoogerson said:Another good thing the Governor did. Deaths in the state will no longer be reported on Saturdays and Sundays.
