Bubba Wallace hangs the King out to dry

Why is the color of his hand more black than the color of his skin?

He wouldn’t have any ride if not for some reason that I can’t figure out, and certainly not Petty’s car.

My brother and I watched it on Wide World o Sports back when the King was the King. I enjoy documentaries about the old days. The sport died with Earnhardt IMO. It became California and New York instead of North Carolina

Pretty boy Jeff Gordon coming on the scene marked the beginning of the decline.RaceBannon said:My brother and I watched it on Wide World o Sports back when the King was the King. All racing was better back in the day - at least I remember it that way. F1, Indy Cars, Group B Rally, Unlimited Hydros, Supercross - I'm not sure if it was the change in the drivers, the cars, or me, but the racing I remember was just better.

We had Indy 500 watch parties in high school. That race mattered. And the drivers did seem betterdflea said:

Bubba gonna start driving for Team Soros.

I'd watch NASCAR if it was "stock" car racing. And each driver had to carry a case of shine in the trunk.NorthwestFresh said:

Im too much of a zoomer to understand or care about NASCAR...
Some combination of Death Race meets Fast and Furious street racing would probably hold my attention for a few mins though. -
Peak Jeff Gordon was also peak NASCAR ratings.dflea said:

It’s called Drive For Diversity. Several drivers with little talent have used it to be also rans and DNF in big races. Lapica included. Bubba has some talent though but the movement ruined him. He used to just be another guy but he brought this attention on himself.NorthwestFresh said:He wouldn’t have any ride if not for some reason that I can’t figure out, and certainly not Petty’s car.
