Pretty startling admission that you’re unable to keep citizens, even the president of the US, safe in your own city.
The Fed Funding move was an extremely childish and petty move by POTUS, and Cuomo managed to turn the conversation into how he incites violence in a city he and his mayor Apparently cannot control.
