Same DA who has Kyle Rittenhouse charged up to life in prison. Attorney just put out a statement saying they expect the felony charges for domestic abuse and rape to be dropped.

Funny thing is, that’s exactly what happened. Charges are still active, but bench warrants are waived and he can do a TSI when or if he recovers.

My read based on prosecutors actions in recent weeks is if you are a violent criminal black OR a violent criminal white socialist, you can pretty much do what you want. If you are a white or hispanic defending themselves from the previous two groups, you go to prison. Great country huh? Fuck this shit.

I don’t see how it could be the sexual assault, so I’m assuming those stemming from the confrontation with police.
Not the 2015 confrontation with police, which included resisting arrest and multiple gun charges, but his most recent confrontation with police, which ended with him getting shot.
Blake gets arrested a lot so I’m just trying to keep things straight here. -
I think there is some confusion about this. There is no longer a warrant out for his arrest because he paid bail. The charges are still pending. What Blake's attorney says is completely worthless and almost always false.thechatch said:Again...which charges were dismissed?

The charges from 2015 were dropped I believe in 2018 because the witnesses refused to cooperate. -
