Yeah, just off load the unfunded retiree medical care to medicare. The USPS is technically not part of the US government and has to book their unfunded retiree pensions and medical coverage. Pretending it doesn't exist like the trillions in unfunded social security and medicare is not good public policy.

so what is in the bill for the USPS? 25 billion to pay off 16.5 billion in retirement backlog to make it solvent 75 years in advance?
Of course, the USPS is wanting that bill passed.
