Red Herring - USPS can't handle the mail in voting

OK, think about this. Over a 2-4 week span, every Adult in the US mails in a ballot.
Pelosi says with the changes the USPS is making the election is in Jeopardy and they need a 25 billion dollar bailout of the USPS.
Now think about this. How many pieces of mail do you get over that 2-4 week span. I personally get 4-6 per day. The system really can't handle 1 additional piece of mail per adult in the US over that time span?
What about christmas cards? How do they possibly handle the surge in mail.

The 25 billion is to stabilize their retirements. So when they collapse trying to support the election, their retirement will be solvent to afford the mass retirements.
