Do you want to wait 10 years for the recovery?

If the market truly believes Biden will win leading up to the election I suspect you'll see at minimum a 5-10% pullback given at minimum the taxes Biden's talking about.

Market will likely drop in the 15-20% range by the start of Biden's 4 years if he actually wins.

Agree with this. I expected a market pullback, starting in Sept/Oct, due to the election. Then Covid tanked it in March. I still expect a downturn but it will be much smaller than it might have been. If Trump wins, I expect the market to resume it’s previous growth rate. I was set to liquidate my daughters 529 in Aug but since she’s taking a year off I’m letting it ride.

It has been priced in by most of the people I work with. There is a huge amount of deal volume in private equity/corporate spinoffs coming in the next 2 quarters due to pent up demand post shutdown and wanting to beat any tax changes that will come from the Biden administration. Markets will slow a bit, but they'll be more like flat at worst IMO.

Markets are up, so whoever can monetize in this market should push hard to get it done. Will be interesting if debt market will be supportive though
