Will someone buy Viacom/CBS?

Market Cap is 15 billion. That is pocket change for FB, Apple, Google, Amazon.
They own NFL rights which is worth 1/2 that amount by itself along with March Madness when it returns in 2022.
Their cable networks (MTV/Nickleodeon/VH1) are worthless as is basically Paramount other than the old movies they have the rights to reboot with. CBS Network has some programming that blue hairs find safe and comfortable.
Anyone feel they might get bought out? Sherry Redstone after watching her dad the last 15 years has to realize she doesn't have the money needed to throw at it and grow either internally or externally.

On it's own f/v is low to mid 30's. With a take out it's upper 30's maybe a 40 handle.
