I was out walking my dogs in April and saw a lady nodded off in her car, engine running, nearly in the middle of a residential street so I called 911 figuring heroin or medical emergency.
911 operator asks me a bunch of standard questions and then asks if I tried waking the lady up or shaking her. I told her fuck no I didn’t touch her.
If I’m in Ballard and see the dude facedown, that mother fucker is on his own until cops or EMTs show up. His welfare is not worth the risk to my health. -
