    He and O'Keefed both said they'd never settle and that the case would be tossed on a Motion to Dismiss.
    The topic was the suit against WaPo. Which was tossed, then revived as to some issues, and will probably get tossed again on SJ.

    I can distinguish one defendant from another. Too nuanced for you?
