And all those camps are just for "education and vocational training" comrade.UWhuskytskeet said:
The most single day positive tests Wuhan had was around 3,000, and they tested everyone. NY nearly doubled that and their testing is still spotty.GrundleStiltzkin said:
I predicted 10 days ago that widespread testing will increase public fear dramatically. I was right.UWhuskytskeet said:Here's some more. NY is fucked.

I was right, March 22.GrundleStiltzkin said:
Absolutely, looking at it with a critical eye, it's great news. My assumption all along is that the shit is everywhere, and assuming transmission rates are accurate (not sure about that), everyone's been exposed. Given that, increased testing will show widespread exposure coupled with extremely high survivability.RedRocket said:
Agreed but there is some positive news that comes with increased testing. Politico article showing that Washington is doing pretty good at keeping positivity rates low. New York looks fucked.GrundleStiltzkin said:

UW medicine has been doing a good job pumping out tests. BONE EM!

However, popular opinion seems raised to the level that COVID is a death sentence, thus the fear borne by testing. That will turn around, but will need a media/political messaging change.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/21/health/coronavirus-infections-us.htmlThe number of people infected with the coronavirus in different parts of the United States was anywhere from two to 13 times higher than the reported rates for those regions, according to data released Tuesday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Stopped by the property manager today because I have been sitting on some owner mail that looked important. The PM office closed early March. The sign on the door said through March 31. Its July 21 and still closed
It was a scam and a mockery and still is.
