rough choice, hard to choose "Dreams" over "Scenes from an Italian restaurant" but several albums listed are extremely worthy.

Was one of the two Talking Heads listed supposed to be, say, Slowhand? (would have had a hard time not giving that my vote)

Or maybe Bowie, Queen or Skynyrd?

@Mad_Son continues to impress me in this exercise.

I'm glad I'm not the only person carefully watching every vote!

    Rumours is great but ROCK>POP

    And it came to pass
That rock 'n' roll was born
And all across the land, every rockin' band
    Was blowing up a storm
And the guitar man got famous
    The business man got rich
And in every bar, there was a superstar
    With a seven year itch
    There were fifteen-million fingers
    Learning how to play
And you could hear the fingers pickin'
And this is what they had to say: Let there be Rock!

I didn’t have to put this one in @dflea but was pandering to the south sound logging camp liberal vote.

Except Peg might be the best Yacht Rock song. 1:45 is the greatest solo in the history of rock.

I appreciate the enthusiasm here, really. Best solo ever is crazy talk. My dad had this record and I'm pretty sure it was one of the albums that I turned in to a scratch record during my DJ BleachedAnusDawg days as a youth.

Dare I say that Fleetwood Mac on the whole is underrated ...

These are worthy candidates for consideration in 1977.
