How many blacks have been killed by cops that were not resisting arrest? Apparently, the dazzler feels that blacks are not capable of not resisting arrest because of their nature. Just like expecting them to have ID. Hundreds of blacks are being shot by blacks in Chicago. Nationwide cops killing unarmed blacks is usually in the single digits. Keep rooting for the commies.
