Went back to read and that is not his argument but just the garnish.
The thrust of his argument is that realtors do not show black buyers all the properties they qualify to purchase. Apparently realtors racist impulses cause them to act against their own economic self interest.
And, out of curiosity, how many people can not operate a search engine to find available properties in the price range and area one is interested in living. Isn’t that a condemning statement to assume a certain subset of citizens are incapable of researching substantial investment decisions? -
Wtf do people even need a realtor these days? My last two homes the realtors have literally done fuck all.
