Mark Nabou, 2022 3* OL, Seattle (O'Dea), WA (mutually parted ways)

Scotty Huff going for that kill shot for OL next year.
Connerly, Agbo, Ioane, Iuli, and now Nabou.

The 2022 OL class looks great but I'm sure we'll jerk them around for a few months, show them where they stand in the pecking order, encourage them to make sure UW is really the place they want to be, offer them as greyshirts, and go months without talking to them. In the end, we'll get the lowest rated guy and pretend he's the best one

I mean we've already offered five of them (four of them months ago) so there's some reason for optimism.bananasnblondes said:The 2022 OL class looks great but I'm sure we'll jerk them around for a few months, show them where they stand in the pecking order, encourage them to make sure UW is really the place they want to be, offer them as greyshirts, and go months without talking to them. We were early on every one and first on a few IIRC. -
Please let me fantasize before Whoregon pulls the racist card and shoves our shit in next year toobananasnblondes said:The 2022 OL class looks great but I'm sure we'll jerk them around for a few months, show them where they stand in the pecking order, encourage them to make sure UW is really the place they want to be, offer them as greyshirts, and go months without talking to them. Some of the 2022 guys will lose their shine. I’m all for getting in-State lineman but not at the expense of missing out on other good ones.

Jesus so which year will be special? 2020, 2021, or 2022. I can’t keep track of this shit

Take this shit to the OL bored where it belongs!!FireCohen said:Jesus so which year will be special? 2020, 2021, or 2022. I can’t keep track of this shit

We need a graph for this. @DardanusFireCohen said:Jesus so which year will be special? 2020, 2021, or 2022. I can’t keep track of this shit
Specialness increases as future year approaches peaking at current year +2. As reality sets in regarding roster and recruiting specialness then decreases until it reaches 0 for current year. -
I remember back when everybody was excited about Bailey Elder when he was a sophomore.RoadDawg55 said:Some of the 2022 guys will lose their shine. I’m all for getting in-State lineman but not at the expense of missing out on other good ones.

Nothing changed with me. Just got call from FRANNY 5 minutes ago and told me I was to show up in Maltby. If dad has stuff to do have him leave with you. I'll have Anna take me and Dad can leave with you. I would prefer u and dad leave together. I'll ask Anna. Shouldn't be a problem. If she can't I'll let you know

These guys all have early offers, so it’s better than that, but I guarantee there are at least 2 of them that will be meh recruits or guys we eventually pass on.bananasnblondes said:

"The Washington offer was big for me and a really big move for my mom and I," said Nabou. "It's close to home and the coaches and I have been talking about it for a while. I honestly thought the offer would come later. Owen Prentice (his O'Dea teammate) has been wanting me to commit too."
Nabou said the Huskies could be tough to beat.
"Washington will be hard to pass just being the hometown school," said Nabou. "I really like coach (Scott) Huff, he's a nice guy, really friendly and stays in contact with me and always checks on my family."
Lock it down Huff! -

Always good to have that O’Dea to UW pipeline well established
