What's a good gift to someone who will be having a baby in a month?

Former boss and VP is having her first kid at 39, someone who really put me on the path and I am deeply indebted to. I want a niceish gift, maybe not super expensive (I was looking at SNOO baby sleepers $1.3k might be overkill) but something that's expensive and shows how much this person meant to me. I'm awful at this kind of thing and would really appreciate any advice on this
