Speaking of, NOC story for you. Wifey and I ate at a cajun joint in Memphis on Saturday. We ordered the crawfish and andouille sausage pimento fry appetizer - might have been the best thing I've ever tasted in my life. Unreal flavor in that thing.
Cajun food > any other American food.
