    Been that way a long tim. There was a tim where a white guy needed to score 104 points on the LAPD testing to get hired. The only way to get that was a perfect score on the test and be a veteran which got you 4 extra points.
    Minorities just needed to pass.

    Yes its worked so well in Atlanta, Chicago, St Louis, Detroit, Seattle, etc. All the cities that voted in or appointed chiefs because of the color of their skin. This fixation on skin color by rats is going to undo us all.
