ASU has done a great job recruiting California, but they need to take care of home. Arizona is garbage, so it's no surprise they are losing their state. ASU on the other hand could firm up the state if they made a little better effort in state. Arizona isn't a hotbed, but it isn't terrible either. It usually generates 10-15 decent FBS propsects each year. Getting half of them shouldn't be that difficult.
