Apparently it was a screenshot of a text that he had posted on one of his social media profiles. So...kinda on him

A lot of things coming out on this. No clue how this ends. I haven't heard of this screen shot thing, not yet anyway. I THINK the real impetus to this is a text that Scalley sent to some coaches on staff and a recruit was accidentally included. The text included a slur. Slur seems to be the N word, Ne not Ni. How this slur was used is important, context matters. I don't think anyone at this point knows exactly what was in the message.
Apparently Scalley immediately jumped on a plane and visited the family. I can't help but to think a lot of people knew about this in 2013 and I wonder why it is coming out now. Was it hidden? I guess we'll find out. Was it something less that what it seems to be so far and it was handled? We'll see.

Some players are coming forward like Ryan Lacy and saying what you see above. I don't think Lacy's comment is the exact thing that caused the suspension or if it is even part of the suspension. Apparently Sean Smith has been part of the piling on but when pressed his accusations are reduced to "I heard some things".

Who knows, but not a good look for our? program and I find it upsetting. I'm not rushing to judgment at this point.
