Biden says the majority of Americans are good people and that only 10 to 15% are bad. He didn't say who these bad people were but I think we can guess. So the question is, if 85 to 90% of the people are good how is it that this is a racist country that has declared "open season" on young black males engaging in a "genocide" against blacks?
