You have Fortune 500 companies coming out in solidarity with BLM and the Democratic Party is in full embrace of the BLM movement.

How does this systemic racism thing work again?

That was my point. All big corporations have diversity initiatives to promote minorities and women. Big government is full of diversity programs including contract bids where the low bidder wins unless bonus points are given out to punish white male owners. Discriminating is against the law. Minnesota and Minneapolis have been run by dems for decades. Why didn't they fix this years ago? What is stopping them?

The racism is now in our government and corporate America against all races except blacks. Been this way a long time.

It's been answered multiple times. And if you actually gave a shit, you wouldn't ask the Tug for answers.

Quit virtue signaling and fuck off.

Says the leftist Kunt as he virtue signals to this fellow leftist Kunts.

So the systemic racism is that if you can maintain even a slightly above average academic record, you'll be slobbered over by colleges and employers that wouldn't even sniff at a white male candidate with similar grades and credentials.

It would be racist to do otherwise.

Revamp K-12 education and eliminate reverse discrimination. Provide equal opportunity which isn't available today. my definition isn't giving a free pass, it's leveling the playing field. It cuts both ways. You point out whites have a harder time getting into college than blacks and I agree. White kids from Lower middle income white families then have a tougher hill to climb. Why should an earnest and motivated kid suffer the misfortune or sins of his parents? Provide the kids an opportunity to make something of themselves. It's not free they'll have to do the work and repay the subsidy plus interest.
