    Norvell did a ton of good in Memphis and is respected by the black community here but that won't get him out of this. This won't end well.

    Nah something like this would end his career as UW HC quickly. As many "Pete is racist" cries as there were Pete never said anything that made headlines or caused a revolt inside like this.

    We're actually in the one situation where we could bring someone in like Norvell. If Jimmy wants him (which of course he's still lying to himself about Donovan) he could stick his neck out for him and bring him in. You can't get major pushback for giving him a second chance when the HC is African American.

    Lake could get Norvell at a major discount over this.
