When your team...
- Has, at worst, a good RB and promising depth. Upper half of P12
- Has, at worst, a good situation at OL (unless Huff is all hat and no cattle, jury still out tbh). Upper half of P12
- Has, at worst, a top 15 DB group. Best in P12
- Has, at worst, a very solid group of DL highlighted by an AA talent in Tryon. Top third of P12
- Has 3 highly rated blue chip QBs to compete for the job
You need to win now.

I actually think you guys are being too hard on him. I don’t see him being worse than Pete—which is a pretty good floor to have. He might turn out to be a lot better, lipodnc said:
