  Yesterday got a text from a Construction materials guy witnessing L&I Jack Booted Thugs writing citations to every contractor and worker on site for Breaking Inslee’s Order
  
  General Contractor got a $10,000 fine and everyone else, $2,500 each
  
  This was in Pierce County
