    Just start playing again ASAP and reintroduce crowds based on locale. If somewhere like Kansas City is ready to have crowds, let them have crowds. The NYC teams will take longer but who cares. This is the one time in history where the small media market teams will have an advantage... let them have it

    I would guess the percentage existed at games before COVID19, higher versus a rival.
