In the big study he references, 99% of Covid patients with sufficient levels of Vitamin D lived.
When Vitamin D was insufficient, only 3% lived.

I think that would correspond with the majority of deaths being people over 80; people not likely to be outside getting enough vitamin d. However, I don’t think sufficient vitamin D would have saved those people.
