Mass openings and movement in defiance of the stay at home bullshit can't be contained. The jails aren't big enough and the cops are outnumbered (though in most places the cops won't intervene).
Some dumbass like Inslee thinks he can call out the State Patrol for arrests, Trump will counter with Federal troops and Barr swooping in with the DOJ. I asked yesterday what the end game is - I think that is actually it - and it's a game of chicken between who is going to escalate sooner.
I like US Army rather easily over WSP, say, 34-17.
