IRL, I'm dealing with one of these fucks on a project. I pegged him as a fuck about 9 months ago and have started laying in plans to work around said fuck.
It may be shocking but within the government maze, there are non-fucks who actually despise the fucks. The trick is to find the non-fucks and they will move mountains to fuck over the fucks.

Agree - some very fine people are working for the government. But they can only do so much. Had a guy who worked for the Oregon Corporations Division which hands out dba's and registers business names. He was incapable of the most basic tasks. If I called the Division and he answered the phone I immediately hung up and re-dialed until I got someone else.
