It's a demographic he absolutely has to win if he's gonna get re-elected. In 2016 he won voters 65+ 52-45 over Clinton.
I know Biden is a weak nominee, but Trump has some serious work to do as an incumbent. If he pushes to open too early and there's another surge his election prospects are probably toast. But at the same time not pushing to re-open may piss off his base. It's a tough position to be in. -
