Race you should know as well as anyone that for whatever reason people around here will pay a premium for a "new" house that is a POS rather than buy something nicer that's older but renovated in a nicer location. *shrug new transplant money.

And thank God they do. Let them buy out all the assembly line houses in bulldozed subdivisions. Leave the rest for those of us with taste.

Sadly most of the foreign money knows better and buys based on location location location. I look forward to that market taking a giant shit as they all liquidate their assets to scrounge enough money to flee places like Iran, Russia, and China.
