Some tweet about a week ago showed up on my timeline saying that half of all hospitalizations are people under the age of 65, as if that is supposed to be some huge revelation. What proportion of the country is under 65, like 70% or something?
out of 358 deaths in King County 200 were 80+ and 295 were 70+. Between the ages of 20-40 about 1,500 have tested positive and all of 2 have died.
That does not mean this virus should not be taken seriously, but people need to stop lying about it.
