For the US, 124 deaths per million. Almost all elderly or with pre-existing conditions and almost all of those are elderly with pre-existing conditions. Toss out NYC and the US deaths are nearer 60 per million. Again almost all elderly with pre-existing conditions.
Washington is at 80 deaths per million after a big head start. Oregon is at 20 deaths per million with one death yesterday.
Keep NYC locked down and open the rest up.
