    If a success:

    He immediately rectified shortcomings in program marketing, appealing to recruits similarly to the blue bloods, etc.

    If a failure:

    A fucking burnout promoted his only elite recruter after dipping a massively disappointing season and taking some bullshit no-stress position within the AD.
