Actually @MontlakeBridgeTroll just Pm'd me and explained the origins of that comment and meme. I hadn't heard of it before. I just saw his reference to Biden shooting Trump dead, and it was time for the delete button and a "knock it off" PM.

But as I just told him, in retrospect he probably didn't go too far and I just responded based on limited info.
