He says mayors are acting like they have the power of martial law, and they're out of control
The Constitution is being shredded before our eyes
Freedom is in the DNA of Americans. They're not going to submit much longer to being forced to stay at home and keep their businesses closed.

It's not the mayors per se. It's the local and regional bureaucrats. Health District directors, guys like the Dept Fish & Wildlife directors who get just a bit of power and close lakes/rivers/streams.
They are lemmings and tone deaf.
The mayors are there for the press conferences.
