Why is the Rat party filled with so many racists and anti-woman bigots?

When Camel-toe went down she blamed racists and sexists in the party being unwilling to vote for a black woman.
Warren is now blaming sexism, and maybe bigotry against Native Americans but I didn't hear her say that, as the reason(s) why she lost.
So what attracts so many racists and bigots to the Rat party?
