Given that the justices are appointed for life, the only logical conclusion is that Schumer is making threats of bodily harm to public officials and should be arrested under the Criminal Code of the United States of America.

What other forms of retribution would one have toward Supreme Court justice? It's not like they face re-election and they've already been vetted and confirmed by the Senate as to background, ethics and morality.

Two assassination attempts on Ford. One by Squeaky who pulled a loaded gun on Ford but never got off a shot. Then in SF two weeks later Sara Jane Moore tried to kill Ford and got off two shots, neither of which hit Ford.
